FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- When will I get my pictures?
It depends. The order form says 2-6 weeks, and I'd say most orders
are received within 3 weeks. If it's a large order, either a large
print or multiple pictures, it might take longer.
It all depends on what
else I'm doing (I work full time outside of photography, I attend
college part time, AND I ride!) and whether I like the prints that
come back from the lab. I'm a perfectionist, so sometimes I'll re-do
the prints if I think they could be improved. That means you might
wait longer, but it will be worth it.
- Do you take credit cards?
Yes, through PayPal. You can use the buttons on the
proof pages to add items to your cart, then use your credit card
to pay. You do not have to have a PayPal account to
use your credit card.
- Why don't the shopping cart buttons work?
If you're using Internet Explorer, make sure TLS 1.0
is enabled. From the Tools menu, choose Internet Options
and then choose the Advanced tab. Scroll all the way
to the bottom and look for the line that says 'Use TLS 1.0'.
Make sure the box next to it is checked, then click 'Okay'.
Navigate back to your proofs, and you'll probably need
to refresh the page in order for the buttons to appear.
